From the Founder
In business, the ability to make a decision that successfully divides the line between a long-term and short-term investment is critical.
What do you think when you hear the phrase "Do I lease or do I buy?"

Most people think of an office space, equipment, vehicles, or even facilities.

But the choice of whether to lease or buy also applies to people.

Many businesses need a partner to solve an imminent opportunity, an imminent risk, or to be an ongoing resource without the cost of a full-time or permanent commitment.

I established HVG to fill that gap.

My Story
Prior to founding HVG in 2026, I spent over 15 years building multi-billion-dollar businesses and leading teams of 50+ people. The two organizations that I spent most of my career with started out as small to mid-size businesses focused on distribution, manufacturing, and trading. Both organizations multiplied in size during my tenure. One grew from a primarily U.S. national operation into a Fortune 500 multinational with nearly $10 billion in revenue. The other grew from a U.S. regional operation into a $4 billion revenue business that moves product throughout all of the Americas and established its first foreign operation in 2024.

For the majority of my career, I have worked from a remote base in Dallas-Fort Worth while traveling often to company offices and operating locations - whether to integrate a new business or simply to spend priceless in-person time with colleagues.

My most valued accomplishment: Being a mentor and a guide to a talented group of people that trusted me to lead as we adapted to constant change.
